01.07.2012: (Planer-Plattform) "Ankündigung - Internationale Sommerakademie" [geschrieben von mjanpoli]
Die Region Ruhrgebiet ist im Wandel. 30 Studierende aus Deutschland, EU und der Welt haben die Möglichkeit, vorrangige Akteure dieses Wandels und ihre Projekte kennenzulernen und sich selbst an der Umsetzung beteiligen: mit einem Beitrag zur neuen Landmarke um Projektgebiet Wasserkreuz Castrop-Rauxel. Die Admiesprache ist Englisch.
In the year 2012, the Summer Academy key topic is the “Compact lifestyle Region - Innovative Planning Tasks”, including the sub-themes of:
A. Peripherization and Centralization in Large Urbanized Areas
B. Cultures and Spatial Dynamics of Post-Industrial Landscapes
C. Growth, Shrinking and Demographic Dynamics in Low Density & Suburban Areas
and a practical design course together with international and regional planners, architects and experts on the theme of redesigning the Emscher Water Cross in Castrop-Rauxel and adjacent area by proposing new housing areas, redesigning land- and riverscape as well as creating a new regional landmark by an extraordinary architecture or arts for the Ruhr Area at the water cross.
The Summer Academy's language is English. Participants obtain 7 ECTS credits and participant's diploma. Application now open at www.lode-port.de.
